Cancellation & Refund Policy
Your time and energy are valuable — and so is mine. Please read the following carefully before registering for any retreat, workshop, private session, class, or online program.
Retreats & In-Person Workshops
Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event will receive a full refund, minus a $50 administrative fee.
Cancellations made 15–29 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 14 days before the event or for no-shows.
You’re welcome to transfer your spot to someone else at any time — just email me with their name and contact information.
If the retreat is canceled by me (due to weather, illness, or other reasons), you’ll receive a full refund or the option to transfer your payment to a future retreat.
Art Classes (In-Person & Online)
Cancellations made at least 7 days before the class start date will receive a full refund, minus a $15 administrative fee.
Cancellations made 3–6 days before the start date are eligible for a 50% refund.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the class start time or for no-shows.
If I need to cancel the class for any reason (e.g., illness or low enrollment), you’ll receive a full refund or the option to transfer your registration to another class.
I understand that life happens — if you have an emergency, please reach out and I’ll do my best to work with you.
Private Coaching & 1:1 Sessions
Sessions canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice can be rescheduled at no charge.
No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full.
Online Programs & Digital Products
Due to instant access, all digital purchases are non-refundable.
If you’re having trouble accessing your course or download, please email me — I’ll make it right.
