Meet Elisabeth

Where to begin? 

Let’s start somewhere in the middle and keep it short and sweet.

When I started to paint, something I longed for all my life but didn’t pick up an actual paintbrush until I became the proverbial EMPTY NESTER. 

So what now? I had no job, practically no friends in the 5 years I was living in Maryland. And being part of a community is one of my core values. So yeah TROUBLE.

Soooo … I said to myself: “Hey girl you had a life before the kids. I’m sure you can do it again!” and so I did.

Almost 20 years fast forward I am now devoting most of my time to empower as many people as I can reach to start doing what they REALLY love doing. No matter what that is.

And I use paint as a medium to get there. I work with intuition, mind and body to get to the core of who we are. 

It’s absolute mind blowing what you can achieve by simply getting in touch with your inner child.

One of my many paintings I did over the years. I don’t have a degree in art, but studied with many accomplished artists and made a lot of very BAD paintings until I was making the good ones.

I’m now an Award-Winning Artist, Art Instructor and combine my painting skills with a Certification in Coaching and Neuro Linguistic Programming.

I love painting and know how hard it is to start from zero knowledge. I believe anybody can paint (Yes you too!). We are all creative. Not to confuse creativity with painting. It’s only one outlet.

Painting and Coaching

In one word: Magical

Because I love painting as much as being part of a community I started to look for a way to combine both. And found it in coaching.

The next step was to work with intuition, free expression whatever you want to call it. And I developed my own program where I use the visual language with the verbal one. 

And that is where the magic happens. 

Nowadays my program include:

Visual journaling

Coaching with Paint

and everything around it. The sky is the limit.
